Cady Murg is the Chief of Staff at the Devoted Dreamers Foundation, where she plays an essential role in advancing the mission and strategic vision set forth by the organization’s founders. Deeply committed to youth empowerment and community upliftment, Cady leads initiatives that support the spiritual, mental, and physical development of young people. With a background in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and relationship management, Cady ensures that Devoted Dreamers’ programs and partnerships are thoughtfully executed and aligned with long-term goals. She plays a critical role in managing and supporting the foundation’s expanding footprint across New Orleans, Mississippi, and Middle Tennessee, helping to grow its impact while preserving its deeply rooted, community-first values. Motivated by a passion for equity, education, and holistic development, Cady is committed to creating inclusive spaces where youth and families feel empowered and equipped to thrive. Her strength lies in translating big-picture ideas into actionable outcomes, continuing the growth and influence of the Devoted Dreamers Foundation.

Sue Magee serves as the Program Coordinator and Facilitator for the PEARLS Program, a youth development initiative of the foundation designed to empower girls ages 10–17. In this role, she leads the planning, implementation, and facilitation of mentorship and character-building programs grounded in the foundation's 5 Ts core pillars and the program's values of Purpose, Esteem, Accountability, Resilience, Leadership, and Service. With a passion for creating safe, supportive spaces where girls can thrive, Sue works closely with schools, community organizations, and partner agencies to deliver relevant, engaging, and impactful programming. Her dedication ensures that each participant is seen, heard, and given the tools to succeed personally, academically, and socially. Through her work, she helps shape the next generation of confident, purpose-driven young women who are equipped to lead and serve in their communities.
