Cady Murg serves as the Chief of Staff at the Devoted Dreamers Foundation, where she plays a pivotal role in bringing to life the vision and mission established by Tamela and Demario. With a deep passion for youth empowerment and community impact, Cady is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities that support the spiritual, mental, and physical development of young people. In her role, Cady helps lead and shape key initiatives, ensuring that every program and partnership is executed with intention, excellence, and alignment to the foundation’s long-term goals. Drawing on her strengths in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and relationship management, she works behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly while also helping to expand the foundation’s reach and influence. Cady has been instrumental in supporting the continued growth of Devoted Dreamers across New Orleans, Mississippi, Middle Tennessee, New Jersey, and New York, helping to scale its impact while staying true to its heart for community and service. She is deeply committed to fostering environments where youth and families feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. Driven by a passion for equity, education, and holistic development, Cady brings both vision and execution to her work. She has a unique ability to take big-picture ideas and turn them into tangible, impactful outcomes, playing a key role in advancing the mission and expanding the lasting influence of the Devoted Dreamers Foundation.
Sue Magee serves as the Program Coordinator and Facilitator for the PEARLS Program, a youth development initiative of the foundation designed to empower girls ages 10–17. In this role, she leads the planning, implementation, and facilitation of mentorship and character-building programs grounded in the foundation's 5 Ts core pillars and the program's values of Purpose, Esteem, Accountability, Resilience, Leadership, and Service. With a passion for creating safe, supportive spaces where girls can thrive, Sue works closely with schools, community organizations, and partner agencies to deliver relevant, engaging, and impactful programming. Her dedication ensures that each participant is seen, heard, and given the tools to succeed personally, academically, and socially. Through her work, she helps shape the next generation of confident, purpose-driven young women who are equipped to lead and serve in their communities.
Yasmin Gill is a dedicated member of the Devoted Dreamers team, driven by a profound passion for empowering young individuals to discover their purpose and walk confidently in faith. In her role at the Devoted Dreamers Foundation, Yasmin serves as a key contributor and holds the position of Program Coordinator/Admin. With a commitment to results and a proactive mindset, Yasmin adeptly balances dual responsibilities within the Foundation, showcasing a unique blend of organizational prowess, leadership acumen, and adaptability. Yasmin's primary focus is to support Devoted Dreamers mission by fostering an environment where young people are encouraged to develop in faith, character, and purpose. Her background in coordinating educational initiatives and managing administrative tasks has honed her ability to handle complex projects with precision and diligence. Grounded in the values of faith, family, and community, Yasmin consistently surpasses expectations, excelling in multitasking, problem-solving, and delivering outcomes of the highest caliber. Driven by a desire to make a lasting impact, Yasmin approaches her work with a heart dedicated to serving others with integrity and purpose. Grace Guthrie serves as the Marketing Coordinator for Devoted Dreamers Foundation, where she brings a fresh perspective, creativity, and strategic insight to every project. With a deep passion for storytelling, Grace is dedicated to capturing and sharing the heart behind the mission—highlighting the lives impacted and the purpose driving every initiative. Whether she’s developing marketing strategies and materials, creating content, or documenting moments through photography, Grace is intentional about telling stories that reflect growth, transformation, and the power of community. She is especially passionate about showcasing how Devoted Dreamers goes beyond building athletes to cultivate character, awaken potential, and develop leaders who walk with integrity and lead with courage.
